I went through the same thing. quit cigs for nine months then went through a high stress period and chose to start again. I made the decision to quit again and to not give in even when stressful times come up. so far so good been about two months. I have found getting more involved with rebuildables and doing a lot of juice sampling looking for new flavors is helpful for me.

After 10 months of not smoking I fell back in that trap...
But only for a month then I picked up my evod and can't figure out why I ever put it down! I love vaping!

Well at least you made the switch back. Some people have a hard time giving the real cigs up and some fall off the wagon and never get back on, but you have so give yourself a pat on the back. When I quit I fell off the wagon once and that was for 4 hours, my E-cig died and I was at the hospital with my dad he had a heart attack and I thought I was going to lose him and was so stressed I needed something..But I have since learned to keep extra stuff with me so I never will do it again. I have since gotten a provari that uses batteries instead of the regular e-cig batteries that you have to charge 1 at a time, now I just flip a new battery in that last me about 12 hours. I have now been almost 2 years smoke free..Even with my dad being in and out of the hospital for his heart and my brother just had a major stroke 3 weeks ago I haven't picked up a real cig, vaped a bunch of juice but that is it :) so keep the good work up and remember to always keep extra juice and batteries with you..Happy Vaping!!:D

I discovered that there is more than one habit to deal with:
nicotine
breathe (in and out)
physical movement (hand to mouth)
movement trigger (phone rings, finished dinner, having a drink)
Need to distract my attention under stressful situations

I found that if I was aware of these triggers AND I could keep my nicotine level constant then the cigs were not an issue.

Oh, one more thing:
cigs give a head rush in about 7 seconds - you get addicted to THAT
Vaping nicotine takes a bit longer to get into you - be patient Do a 3-4 minute session until satisfed - relax and be patient
It works!

You could also consider getting a WTA liquid. Some ppl have a "something is missing" from their vape vs smoking, WTA helps some ppl with that. I just got some myself and I'm liking it so far. It could be that I just had a big meal and I'm in a good mood. Anyways welcome back and never feel guilty for going back and forth a bit.
