I want the opposite to the one that comes with the stealth. Mainly something that can connect 2 extension tubes from the male side or 2 telescopes. Anything like that I can use?

That would have to be customed made, Aalwani.

GG produces nothing like that I'm aware of other than a bottom tube, but probably will not suffice for your needs.
