Filler question

Howdy howdy,
on today I recieved my very first e-juice shipment (slurp).
I am very pleased with the service of Vaporbomb and was surprised that they sent me a free sample of the irish creme juice When I opened the package the aromas flowed bringing forth a smile to my homemade face.

Okay moving on (whew) ....

Anyway, on last night I washed the poly fillers to my carts by running them under warm water and then allowed them to air dry overnight. Once my order arrived I decided that instead of filling each cart, (I have 15) that I would only fill 2. One I filled with the caramel juice 0 nic and the second I filled with the hypnotic mist 24 mg nic. (both 50-50 pg/vg)

I tried both with my 2 pen style e-cigs and was pleased that the performance of the e-cigs improved 200% with the juice alone. I got a good TH with the caramel and H-mist. The tastes nearly brought tears and I knew that beginning today, analogs would become a thing of the past...then horror struck, all of a sudden the worst taste came out of nowhere. I am certain that I need to start fresh with fillers because the taste was that of the awful vanilla flavor that were originally in the carts. I will purchase some polyfil on today, but before I do I need to know if other items such as cotton could be used as a filler I have a brand new bag of cotton and if that could be used instead then voila! a trip saved.

There are many things you can use as fillers. This video is one for blue foam...

The two most popular fillers are the blue foam and the Pyramid tea bag --- don't use those cotton balls.
I just use a drip tip - taa daa! filler problem solved!

You said you rinsed the filler and let dry over night. Did you blow out the atty's? The only way I have been able to remove a yuck flavor for sure is to blow out and/or vape it/rinse it out of my atty. I have pulled carts off atty's and let the atty sit on the table for 3-5 days and it will still have some liquid in it.

The old flavor will go away. You may not need to change the filler yet. Don't Panic!

Don't use the cotton. For one thing, it'll burn. I use blue foam and it's really, really good. I tried lots of other things including the polyfill (not bad) and the Pyramid tea bag (not bad) but the blue foam is what always works for me. I've pretty much settled on that. If something new comes along, I may try it, but I'm pretty much set with the blue foam.

I ended up purchasing the poly filler and everything worked out great. Kayleepup I blew out the atty after you suggested. Thanks for the tip the rank taste is gone except for the virginia menthol (yuk)...
