Was wondering how long does it take to ship out an order once payment is received.

Normally, 1 day or same day shipping. During our 50% sales, we advertise 5-10 days for delivery. If for some reason your in dire need you can always PM us and we can make arrangements to pull the order and do it ahead of the line.
Ordered on the 14th Early order is still showing waiting fulfillment, all diy stuff no mixing involved are you out of somethings
They've got a juice sale going on that may be keeping 'em pretty busy over there. I know I bought a bunch. 
I know my order does not involve any mixing, and was ordered early on the day he posted the sale, if they would have had anything up on there site about it when I ordered and the delays may have rethought my order.
I ave sent you an email requesting a refund, I will do business elsewhere. Please be a little faster about my refund than you were at filling my order thank you.
