Hahah yup same here I really hope my folks don't get screwed again on waiting for cartos. They still have enough for probably a week but that's what I thought last time when it took over a week to get the last batch of cartos. Were only over the river too they should take max 3 days. Besides I want them to play with the new trifecta!

As for me….I saw from the USPS “tracking” info that my order had been processed through my local “sort facility” at 10:15 p.m. last night, so I was sure I would receive it today. When I didn’t, I checked the “tracking” info again, and here’s a new one:

Status: Missent

I couldn't believe it! I’ve never seen that status before. And since it’s Saturday, I guess I won’t be seeing that order until at least Monday.

Sounds like your day has been like mine. For the first time the postman left my package at the front office and of all days whoever had the duty left early. I am not a happy camper. I have to wait till 1:00 tomorrow to get the package. I hope I calm down before then otherwise I would probally rat out who left early to the manager who is a friend of mine.

Are you guys using Gmail, by chance? Gmail's spam filter catches Bloog order confirmations and shipping confirmations for some reason. A CS from Bloog told me specifically to check, and there they both were.

Even if you're not using Gmail, check your spam folder.

Also, be aware that the website does not automatically generate a confirmation email at the time of the order, unlike most vendors' sites. I usually get the confirmation email a day later, followed by a shipping confirmation, usually the same day, although I've only ordered twice. My latest order was placed on 2/9, shipped on 2/10, and I got it today, 2/12. Not bad.

Well, that still wouldn't explain why I haven't received a shipping confirmation after 5 days.
I ordered last Tuesday.

I would appreciate knowing more about Bloog's shipping policies, such as what notifications are standard, which carrier is standard, etc., so I can tell the people I refer to Bloog what the expectations should be.
nycsublimegirl, can you help out here and with other questions brought up on this thread?

pmos69: Have you contacted anyone at Bloog about not getting a shipping confirmation yet?

I have always gotten an order confirmation (within 48 hours) from order@bloogplanet.com and usually before that I get a shipping confirmation from cs@weblogixx.com. I use gmail and its never been caught by the spam filter.

What I'm curious about is when you receive a shipping confirmation does it mean that it ships that day or are there set days? The site says Monday through Friday but the USPS tracking is just such garbage you can never tell when your order has actually shipped. My last order said that USPS had received the confirmation to expect my package for shipment, and then today it just showed up. Mind you it said that for 4 days.

I have mentioned this before but it would be really great to see at least Fedex Ground on there so we have an alternative to USPS. I really would gladly pay a little more to know whats going on with my stuff.

I already knew about this, and had retrieved the order confirmation from the gmail spam folder.
But have no shipment confirmation in the spam or inbox folders.

I placed my first order on Friday afternoon. This morning I got an order confirmation, and this afternoon I received a shipping conformation with a USPS tracking link.

I should have my Bloog by Wednesday or Thursday. This is my first e-cig that isn't a disposable, so I'm anxious to see how much of a difference it will be from the disposables I have tried.
