Filling cartridges - how many times?

I have a simple question but i don't know the answer...

How many times can you fill a used cartridge with e liquid? An ad on eBay said 3 or 4 times.I have done it more but I don't know if the vapour is as good after the tenth time.Can you refill forever?

Three to four is about right. I'll go more, depending on how the filler looks. Understand that new "cores" are dirt cheap. buy 10 or so and keep them on hand. When your cartridge looks really dirty, or can no longer depress and spring back to shape, change it out with a new one you will fill. Don't buy cartridges. Buy cores and e-liquid and do it yourself. The biggest waste in e-smoking is those "5 for $25" cartridges for anything.

Yes, the cartridges are expensive.Any idea what the core is made of and if you could buy it in bulk?

Just tonight I reloaded my cartridge but I get no vapour as it has been used too much.It would be great
if someone knew what the core is made of...any scientists out there?

Week 3 and the e cig is still holding up....

In other postings here, it's said the core material is the kind of wool used in fish aquariums and can be purchased at pet stores. I haven't done that yet. As I recall, five new cores are about 49 cents. I have plenty of e-liquid to use with them.

Keep in mind that you can wash the wool material. You can also squeeze out a considerable amount of unused liquid from used cartridges; the liquid can then be reinjected into a clean cartridge. Use tweezers to remove the wool from the core.

Polyester synthetic material...plastic product..flamable mind you and toxic if burnt...

Cores are available from E-Cig. They are plastic with wool filling and slide into pipes and minicigs, snap onto mouthpiece of cigars.

Does anyone know if the cores from e-cig will fit into a crown 7? This is something I really want to try since the e-cig liquid is more potent than what I have right now.

I've read elsewhere, but can't confirm, that the Crown 7 is E-Cig with good service. In other words, they resell. That's very common. So replacements/substitutions should work.

I get the best vapour after rinsing the wool under a running tap and then cutting it in half. The reduced bulk seems to make the drag easier and it is far easier to soak the wool with liquid. I have rinsed and re-used the same bit of wool dozens of times with no problem.

I was just with e-cig and went to order 100 cores ($8), they wanted $24 postage.It would cost $5 to send from China.
I hate being ripped off!

Anyone know of a seller or someone on eBay selling cores & not ripping off on postage?

My mini e cig is still doing great after 6 weeks!

You can always opt out of expensive express shipping. In the past, before my run-in with E-Cig, I would include cores in larger orders, to help justify shipping costs. Then I found it takes only about two weeks for the Chinese Pony Express to deliver by land for $9.

Not sure about all this re-fill business as I just got my e-cig, but I am wondering if I can order cartridges from other sites (crown 7 etc...) that will be compatible with my njoy smoking device? njoy only offers a few flavors.

I'm finding that I have to drag really hard to get enough taste, is this normal and sometimes there is hardly any smoke?
What type of e liquid do I buy for it and what type of core?

The Njoy cartridges are a milimeter or two longer than the other brands. As I found out last night, the other cartridges will work, but you'll have to suck harder and will get less smoke than with a proper Njoy cartridge.

Perfectly normal for the cheap brands.

Seriously, I worked my way up through several cheapies before finally springing for an Njoy, and this is one device where you really do get what you pay for.
