Really dig the visions but refilling is not working for me. I fill it until little underneath the silicone but when putting the cap on, the juice goes either into the cap or out the connection. I tried several ways: upside down, very slowly, but still after putting back the mouthpiece one third of the juice goes out. I use the regular and the mini's

Don't fill it so far, you are only meant to fill it to just under the thinnest part of where the white cup attaches to the post.

you have to take the cup seal out and cut the nipple down, cut it so that the mouth piece when you put it in just goes over the nipple. this will stop most of what you are seeing. I had this same problem. i just had to cut down my new one this morning. otherwise it creates a huge pressure problem and will do exactly what you are describing, i had the same problems. it still happens even after cutting the nipple down but its much better.

what i do is i fill to the top, i put the mouth piece into the tube at the very top and then I suck hard through the mouth piece while i push it down all the way, that seems to help a bit, still some will end up coming out the bottom probably, I take a napkin or whatever and blow through the mouth piece to force whatever is in the tube to come out the battery connection bottom, wipe it off and good to go.

I fill a little short of that. Just to the bottom of the ceramic cup. When you put the mouthpiece back in, give the tube a squeeze at the top as you insert it. This will relieve the pressure. Otherwise, the mouthpiece acts like a plunger, and the pressure forces the juice into the center tube.

I'll second this method. Works best for me - haven't had a problem with it.

i just shove mine in nice and quick and dont seem to have too many problems with bubbles or juice leaking out...
just be sure you dont cover the hole in the mouthpiece while inserting so the air can escape there. if your finger is over the hole it will act even more like a plunger pushing the air into the tank and out the bottom.

are you talking about the regulars/minis or giants, giants don't have this problem. finger over the hole on the top of the mouthpiece doesn't matter as once the nipple penetrates the hole in the bottom of the mouthpiece, its sealed and thats whent he plunging affect starts. giants the mouthpiece just goes over the end of the nipple, not 3/4 of the way down.

rob i dont know what to tell ya bro
if your finger is over the hole it acts like a plunger from the moment it enters the tube
i got giants and regulars and mini. only played with one mini (not my fav maybe need to play with more) it gets gurgley sometime when i set it down sideways full think i need to fluff the wicks...
the giants i have to blow out the mp sometimes several times a fill but no problems with any in the air tube but i dont fill all the way either...
the regulars i fill all the way to half the ceramic or even all the way to the bottom of the cup seal. once in a while it makes a little gurgle the first hit but goes right away and i have tried to blow it out first cuz i dont want juice in my stingray but its never enough to come out the bottom unless i blow so hard that the blowing makes more juice come out then was already there so gentle blow nothing comes out OH i also sanded the cup seal so the round shape where you fill it is not round anymore but flat like the mini seal so it makes filling much easier
IF i take one apart i also trim out the center lip that goes inside the cup i have had ce2 seals get burned there.
since i have gotten these i havent even bothered with any of my tanks or mods or anything else - IMHO these have been a "Fill it and Forget it" and almost a game changer cuz i dont have to play with it if i dont want to.
