Is there anything special you have to do to refill a bc Phoenix? I know you have to fill upside down, but what do you do if you want to top off. A lot of times, I will have 1/4 to 1/2 a carto full and want to fill it up before leaving, I noticed that if I just try to add more juice, some leaks down (I assume from the pressure) through the sides of the silicone cap. Any suggestions on what is recommended?

Also, do you have to fill the top coil upside down too? I have a pack of them, but haven't used them yet

I've never had juice leak around the sides of the silicone seal. If I want to top off the Phoenix BC, I turn it upside down, and set it on my desk for a couple minutes, before the refill. Remember that all air must be out of the syringe before inserting and filling.
As for the TC Phoenix, they are filled right side up, very slowly.

That worked like a charm. I turned it upside down, let all the juice flow out of the atomizer, i even took a few puffs upside down to expedite the process. I refilled slowly and heard air escaping from the battery end. There was minimal juice forced into the airway. I use a tightly wound spindle of paper towel to wick up any residual in the airway from both ends. good as new.

Can I jump in?...lesson learned, fill the tc phoenix right side up. Filled one 808 tc upside down (thought I grabbed the bc one) and wondered why half the juice was all over the place. Took alot of blowing out, cleaning to get it to stop spitting and popping. Vapes good now. But wonder why the 808 doesn't vape on my igo (and using an adapter too). It makes noise like it's heating....or whatever you call it, but no vape what so ever. works on my riva, no prob. Got these especially to go with my igo and it doesn't work..darn it.

let me say again, the phoenix works good, but not on my igo, just the riva.
