You can place your atty on the battery and direct drip your liquid on it and vape with a drip tip. If you don't have a drip tip you can take the end of your cart(with no filler)and place it on your atty and vape that way.

Confused about the filler your mentioning, I'm going to think you have cartidges and not cartomizers. Unless your modding your carto you shouldn't be pulling any filler out of it. Also you can do a search for the "BF" mod (Blue Foam) and replace your polly fill with that.

Thyme you can either A) drip 2 to 3 drops at a time directly into the atty, then put the cart back on and vape. This will give you approximately a cigarette's worth of vapor, when the flavor drops off, time to re-drip. B) go to Wal Mart and purchase some polyfil, it's basically the same thing as what came in the cart. Or C) search the forum for cart mods and try one of those. There are a number of them, everything from blue fluval from the fish store, to steel coffee filters.

Hey Traveler, Are you saying that you have no cotton in your mouthpiece? Are you simply using the mouthpiece protector that came on your atomizer? I hope I have that right....Anyway it is okay to pull off the filter and drip 2-3 drops directly on to the atomizer. You can also use a number of different things as filters, the blue foam that's used in fish tank filters and sold at Pet Stores works as do certain brands of tea bags (you remove the tea and then fold up the empty bag multiple times till it fits in the filter and then cut off the excess). You can also buy the cartridges with the batting in packs of 5. I get mine from Madvapes. Good Luck

hi, thanx for your reply, i took the filler out of the original attty(?)
Replaced it with a cart, been direct dripping, just didn't want to damage anything, having too much fun.

Lets do a bit of e-cig 101 :) It sounds like your using a 3 piece model. The largest piece you have is piece 1, the battery. The next piece you have is the part that screws onto your battery, piece 2 the atomizer. The final piece you have is the part that slips into the end of the atty with the filler, piece 3 the cartridge. The filler is part of the cartidge unless you modded your atty by removing the filler.

As Storm stated if you have just the battery with the atty attached, you drip 2-3 drops of your liquid directly on top of your atty (should see a grey mesh bridge when you look at our atty). If your atty is dry might want to drip 3-4 drops and let it sit for a minute to make sure the atty is primed. Vape this until your vape production is low or you start getting a different taste. Drip 2-3 more drops on your atty and keep going, this is called "Direct Dripping". You'll have to take your empty cart off each time you drip, I think your next purchase after this experience will be a drip tip :) Dripping is by far the best way to vape.

Good luck and enjoy dripping.

Heres a video I found on youtube showing how to restuff your own cartridges! Will save you a bundle!
Only thing I do dif is poke around with a toothpick here and there to help the juice absorb better! Also you can put a toothpick between the poly and plastic which helps the juice get in deeper quicker....Alos I tended to overstuff mine to much the 1st couple of times but it really takes very little filling to do it and a bag will last forever...hope it helps!

Hey what's up, I'm also relatively new but have done cartomizer for first 2months and after learning about marineland BLUE FOAM bought at PETCO IMOO realized that cartos were ruining the true flavors of my e liquid (the new be1?? Cartos seem to fix the poly problem.... i tried the LR ones burned juice imoo, thinking ordering regular resistance 2.7-3.0)) .......try the the blue foam first (less expensive and way more efficient) . The width is perfect for the whistle/round tips etc, amd ALSO MY NEW Boge Leo Hugh bridge huge wick. Refer to youtube on how to cut it to fit THE CART not CARTO(MIZER). I thought it would burn but it doesn't my carts burn in spots but not the blue foam. When i was using the poly filled tips I was only vaping half when the atty would go dry I'd pulled it out and see that it was still half full. Anyway using the blue foam, its just porous enough to hold the liquid and let it flow through completely till bone dry. I clean or just replace it cheap .. (cause you get so much for the $5) after a couple of weeks (in some tips I haven't replaced the foam in months) it ROCKS! Good luck
