Filtering the “New Posts” feature?

Is there any way to filter the “New Posts” search?

Sometimes when I log on I just want to see new posts that are e-Cig related and would like to exclude sections like the “Outside” and certain Social Groups.

Sorry if this has been brought up before and answered before.

Under the "What's New" is a link to "Today's Posts", and "Today's Supplier Posts". Filtered for your protection.

Right On. Is there anything you guys have not thought of?

Don’t get me wrong, I like the “Outside” section. It is fun to watch people get all worked up over Political issues sometimes or discuss whether or not we are all minions of Satan for some reason. But most times I just want to see posts about e-Cigs. Guess that is why I go to an Electronic Cigarette forum.
