So I've been down to one cigarette a day for the past 50 days (minus one day). This amazes me as I went from 30+ to one overnight... 1501+ analogs left for someone else. This simply astounds me beyond belief. So I am on my third pack and has seven days remaining. Any suggestions on how to proceed? I'm thinking I'll smoke the last seven and then stop. So here are my thoughts on possibilities for the remaining seven:
1) continue the status quo and just stop on the seventh day
2) go to one smoke for every two days for the next three packs
3) go to one smoke for every two days for the last seven
4) continue the status quo and stop on the sixth day without finishing the pack.
Any suggestions are welcome. I cannot believe how relatively easy this has been and knowing that I'm improving health wise and money wise is amazing. I've saved about $700 since the start of this year on smoking.
