So I have been rebuilding for awhile now, but I am having issues wrapping the legs around post screws instead of running them through. Any tips or help?

When I do a regular single coil it kinda works but seems like it's not getting the same amount of power as when I run through the posts, and when I do duals or a parallel I can't get both legs to stay under the screw head. I am using an Omega clone and one of the posts is twisted facing the wall so I can't run duals without wrapping around the screws and it's difficult to run a single running it through the posts because the wall is so high on the base.

try different screws in the post holes... maybe the ones in your clone aren't very good quality... maybe that's why you are only getting a good connection through the posts.

i had a post on a trident that would spin.. i would have to thread the leg through, then hold the leg with pliers while tightening down to stop it spinning lol im glad i don't have to bother doing that anymore

For me, I wrap the lead around the screw once completely. Makes it stay nice and tight and I never have it pop out from under the screw. It's about the only way I can get dual coils to stay in place too... Maybe that's just me tho.

I do the same, wrap the wire all the way around. Then tighten down.
