I'm curious how many tanks he's getting out of a rebuild

I'm sure he's getting a good bit because if he wasn't I'm sure he wouldn't have even shared however I could be wrong.

He made that last part look awful easy. Rather cut a piece of a straw.
Yeah the last part looked tricky. Has anyone else tried to rebuild one yet and if so how did you make out?

Ok so you haven't tried re building bvc?

I tried it about 2 months ago when i wasn't satisfied with BDC coils. I tried the vertical build die to the difficulty of getting the horizontal coil placed in the chamber. Additionally I have been using the Japanese cotton for 6 months on all my other builds.
Just stating that I didn't get any longevity out of my attempt s. I would be interested in your opinion if you try it.

I tried a vertical coil in a BDC a while ago. Leaked like crazy so I gave up. I have better luck with 1/16 horizontal and rayon, no filler.

Another thread shows the BVC available for the regular Aspire lineup that used BDCs. I'll have to give them a try.

Maybe the trick here is getting the space well packed. Rip states he still gets gurgle though.
