Finally got my refund from SE!

I made the huge mistake of ordering smoking everywhere's 'free' trial way back in Oct. As soon as I ordered it I found these forums and realized I goofed. So I cancelled it within three days, figured all was good, wrong! They sent me the 'kit' weeks later and took 99.02 out of my bank account! I called, sent the unopened kit back, etc.They kept saying my refund was in 'processing' but it never showed up. Kept calling then I get an email from them saying I was one day late since the 'free' trial and they couldn't refund my money, but they can give me a great discount on their products8-o
I finally got my Bank involved and got the refund today, so glad I got my money back from those crooks, and so very glad I'm with a great company V4L!!!!

8-o Geez! It just pains me to think some companies out there operate that way. 3 mos is ridiculous. Congrats on finally getting it but what a PITA.

I'm so glad I found these forums before I purchased anything so I didn't have to get done like that.

Well they only got me for $9.95 free trial or shipping can't remember which one but nonetheless luckily got on forum found out about v4l and cancel my card before they got anymore,the rest is history.

A friend of mine made the same mistake and got there products as well.... He told me that there flavors were good and all that and was worth the money. So he let me try them and man they tasted like crap. So I let him try one of V4L's cartimizers and he about flipped. Lets just say he's not ordering from them any more. LOL

Hey, good way to persevere, Plantlvr, they should have sent another $30 for the overdraft and another $1000 for fraud penalties, but nice to see the practice get some heat at long last...it's a despicable way to run a business. Good for you to report it! That stinks even if their product is outstanding, any business doing that should fail with punity.

Thats Great! I came so close to getting the SE and now I am so glad I didnt! Its nice to just the best right off the bat and have everything work. That is not how things usually go for me. What a great experience so far.

There's a good reason to steer people to this forum. I recommend V4L by my experience. The Kr8 is right for me and V4L has as good reputation. But I urge them to come to this forum and do their own homework. So far one just went with V4L and is very happy with it. She wanted simple. One went with a 510 he does like tinkering around and seems happy with it. Another hasn't taken the plunge yet.
