Got my Vamo:banana:
Loaded up the Efest 2000mAh batts...I put the first one in to check the voltage and it checked out at 4.3v..isn't that a bit high, or is there a little wiggle room naturally built into the voltage calculation in the Vamo?
I used a NiteCore Intellicharger-took about three hours..:D
And how long do the batts need to rest before I can use them?

I have 2 AW IMR 18650's and both of them showed 4.3v on the Vamo. Both my Black Chrome and Stainless
After using these batteries for awhile...maybe a week and a few charging cycles into them... it calmed down and shows 4.2

I am not sure if its the Vamo, or being new batteries. But they worked fine.

You could always test them with a multi-meter if you are concerned.
I have not researched it...but I am not sure if 4.3v would actually hurt it.
Dont quote me though.... but I thought that it was damaging if it got into the 4.5v range.
Again...dont quote me...lol

And when I vape....when it showed 4.3..... in no time it was going down to 4.2.
Maybe after a handful of vapes. It wasnt staying at that for very long.
So maybe a fully charged 4.2 shows 4.3 for a short time.
Just a theory

Is six hours long enough for the batts to rest before I can use one?
I'm chomping at the bit to use my Vamo, lol

That's MORE than enough. Honestly ... as long as the battery is cool, it's usually safe to put in a device. I even use them staight off the charger now and then as long as they arent warm.

I'm putting one in now, they have been resting for three hours and are cold :D
Thanks for the rule of thumb, tc1!
