To the OP. Don't pay any attention to the tracking of your new Provari. When I started checking mine,(all three of them) It showed they were still at the receiving depot and when I got home they were in my mail box. Sucks but was a really nice piece of mail to come home to. Toss the bills to the side and start popping bubble wrap. It will be worth the time. Trust us. We all know.

i ordered mine friday with the 7-10 day lead time and it shipped today. Pretty happy with the speed on that as long as they didn't half ... anything

Mine was shipped about 3 hours after I ordered and it was perfect. Every order has been like that. Tax returns are likely increasing demand but don't worry, they don't seem to half ... anything.

What one did you order? Mine has still not shipped, it said 1-3 days when I ordered it and all weekend, now today it says 1-2 weeks, and I cannot get a straight forward answer from Provape. I know quality takes time but customer service doesn't, if they dont get it together soon I'll be canceling and buying from the classifieds.

Did you get an email? I ordered satin silver or whatever w/ red led. As you can see I don't care how it looks and I don't intend to pay for looks that don't improve function. My email came at probably 8 ish eastern time. Ordered around 3 ish eastern on Friday. As soon as you don't care, things go smoother

What one did you order? Mine has still not shipped, it said 1-3 days when I ordered it and all weekend, now today it says 1-2 weeks, and I cannot get a straight forward answer from Provape. I know quality takes time but customer service doesn't, if they dont get it together soon I'll be canceling and buying from the classifieds.

you picked a bad time to order one they are slammed right now and unfortunately im sure there customer service rep is down on the floor helping to get these all shipped out.

After several different stories from cs, and even a confirmation that the batteries I order with it were in stock, I found out today that my order was waiting on 18350 batteries to come in. They were listed as in stock when I ordered, I emailed them yesterday about them cause they are now listed as out of stock, and she said they had enough for current orders. No ship again today, so I emaild back and she said my order was waiting for batteries. Told her to cancel the batteries and ship. Ten minutes later I had a tracking number. I ordered batts from RTD, they were cheaper there anyways.

Well at least they were able to get it out for you. Unfortunately they got swamped and that one item held it up but it happens.
