Finally ran into another Reonaut!

So Im in the Navy and recently transferred to a new and much BIGGER command. So far Ive seen about 10 people with some form of vaping device greater than the gas station type.

Today I was on watch and had my VVG tucked slightly out of view behind the computer monitor. Suddenly I hear "Is that a Reo?" I was SHOCKED!!! FINALLY it wasnt someone asking "What the hell is that thing". He said they didnt have a side button when he started. He had an old Grand stuffed with two 123 sized cells. He said he had it over 2 years.

I have to say, Its nice to finally meet someone with a Reo!

Get that man turned on to the RM2 with 1.0 ohmish coils and an AW IMR 18650!

He'll probably want to file the firing pin and give it a good bath, too.

I never run into other REOnauts. So I just started converting people. I got 1 person so far, and 3 others have told me that a REO is going to be their next mod.

Telling a story from my girl here - I never met a stranger with a REO myself.

So she had an appointment with the dentist and that's nothing to look forward to. She is a known Tierheilpraktikerin (animal health practitioner) so the dental nurses chat a bit more freely with her than with other patients, as it's all inside the "medical family".

She walks up to the counter to check in, REO Mini in hand because it is kind of glued in there and she wasn't thinking about it, starting with a "Hi, I am ..." and gets interrupted with a surprised "Is that a REO?"

It turned out to be a very friendly session, talking more about REOs than teeth =)

I haven't gone past the "what the hell is that thing" remarks, and given that I'm the only one from Denmark on the roll-call that shouldn't surprise me. There's bound to be others, but even sitting in a sidewalk cafe in the second biggest city in Denmark (and a university town at that), still no hits.

So, like AA I'm working on converts instead. Got two people in my church interested, so we'll see
