Finally took the dive.

So after about a week of reading pretty much every topic here, and watching hundreds of YouTube videos I took the dive last week to switch from analog to e-cigs and have not looked back. I want to thank the amazing people here who are active on these forums, just reading others questions, tips, and advice you have made my transition a huge success. You guys and gals are great people and are a huge assist to new folks such as myself, I couldn't have switched with out it.

Thank you! I started off two models right off, I bought the Volcano w/ 25 carts and that has been alright, a little weak in my opinion but it does work and is good on the fly and to leave in my desk or something. The second one I bought at the same time was the Joye 510, and this one blows the Volcano out of the water in terms of throat hits and just vapor production, but of course the battery does die at the worst times , but I knew that going in so it's not to bad.

Why buy two you say? Easy, I wanted to see what the fuss was and what people meant when they were comparing those two (Blu, Volcano) to the 510's and I have to say I know why a 510 is the way go now, for a starter e-cig.

Now it's time to play around with some juice, I've got an order from ElectroNicStix and Totally Wicked coming, I can't wait to venture into that world as well!

I completely agree with the original post. I read and read these forums prior to making a purchase. Without everyone here and their invaluable information I probably would have ended up at a mall kiosk. Purchased an eGo from "Cignot" and havn't looked back.

I would certainly not ask you why you bought two different models. I totally understand. I, too wondered why everyone was so excited about the 510 since I started with the DSE 901 so I made myself a mod that has a 510 connecter and got some 510 attys.
My reaction was not the same, however, I'm still wondering why everyone's so excited about the 510. Seemed the same as the 901 to me except with less flavor. If you're still in the experimenting mood you might want to try a 901 next. They're tasty.

Yes I definitely want to purchase a 901 and KR808 to add to my arsenal. I really wonder how I didn't find out about this before now, I feel so late.
