Very cool Jeff, you will really like that mod. I have built 4 of them myself (two for me, two for friends that shouldn't be allowed to touch soldering irons ;)), and believe me, after the first one, they go much faster!
I built mine all out of DIY parts from madvapes.com. I like the madvapes.com battery boxes because you end of with the positive terminal of the battery pointing away from your face! (just in case the battery decides to vent). The next one you build, try adding a 470ohm resistor and LED, it makes it kind of cool to watch the led light up and it's a good visual indication that power is flowing to the atty.
Nice job!

Here's a couple pics of one of mine (if I attach them correctly)...

Thanks!! its great... i just know im gonna have to buy more liquid lol its gonna start going fasttt

just wait till you try a higher voltage like 5 or 6,, going from 5v to 6v my use trippled... but it also gave me that last little push to give up those last few analogs i used to crave each day after meal and other things;)

but with a 510 don't try 6v unless you have some truely disposable attys around, and to keep both 5 & 6v from blowing attys you have to keep things wet and filled. i'll never go back to anything less than 6v since the 901 has the flavor and the kick to keep me off cigs...
