It means if you switch to an electronic cigarette, you can try to lower your nicotine dosage from 6-0 mg so you don't vape nicotine after a month or two. This would greatly reduce harm to your baby. No one can say for sure electronic cigarettes are not without any risk, but in my personal opinion, it is much much better then smoking cigarettes. Are you okay with inhaling something that doesn't look like a cigarette?

Yeah if you want small and simple, they joytech ego aio eco is a good start, it will do 2 tanks on one charge at 2ml capacity.
Or there is the eleaf elven pod system , no buttons just suck.
It’s also got two air settings which is nice and again about to tanks for one charge on the battery.

I would personally recommend starting at a slightly high nic level and then come down from there, maybe some where between 10-18mg.

Some people struggle to move over to vapes as they don’t get the nic hit that their cigs gave, my partner had that issue.
So a higher level helped and then once used to it she lowered the amount slowly.
Some pod systems also work better with slightly higher nic levels to.

most of vape devices atm are made in China. On Taobao you can find anything I believe. I recommend something small (juul like) maybe even with prefilled cartridges of 3-6mg nic juice max (you can lower it later).
