I have dozed off driving while the radio was at full volume and I have dozed off with the windows open on a 0 degree day. The ONLY thing that has ever effectively kept me awake at the wheel on long hauls is talking. When I am alone I typically do a commentary about how poorly every one else is driving. It's silly but it works. Perhaps you could get a CB and BS with the truckers while you cruise.

I had that problem initially... I resolved it by finding the right juice to vape... Upped the Nic... and found the right flavor... for me, the right flavor is Freedom by Halo - I tend to reserve that one for the toughest of times... psychosomatic or real... it is workin' for me.

I actually have the same problem just concentrating at my desk for 4 hours. When I am trying aggressively to concentrate on one problem for long periods of time and can't take a break to walk around I start getting heavy eyed and my concentration starts to drop off. Get the SuperHigh Nic density 24mg in tobacco or espresso flavoring. That seems to work for me. But after that period of heavy eye is done go directly back to your lower nic juices.

Every four to six weeks I have to make a 7 hour drive and find myself with the heavy eye problem. As soon as this starts, I pull over at the next available place, get out, walk around, breathe and hopefully have a cup of coffee. I get out my 36mg and drip a couple drops, take 6-8 puffs. Get back in the car, change the radio station and I am renewed. Works for me. Good Luck!
