Well I have been vaping with my chuck for a little over two weeks now and absolutely love it! Very convenient and great vapor production! I love not having to constantly recharge batteries. I have noticed though that over the last few days the button has gotten finicky. When I first got my chuck as soon as I lightly pushed the button down there was vapor. Now I feel myself having to push harder, and sometimes push the button a couple of times to get in what I can only describe as "the sweet spot." Has this happened to anyone else? I really don't mind having a button that won't set off in my pocket, but my fingers are starting to get a little sore from pushing the button down so hard sometimes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Clean off your button with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip. Spin it around.
Try a different atty or carto. Have my little one out on loan, user said button was dead, I said switch out carto and viola! He is using some lr cartos, they very quietly like to just blow out and yes, the button will get tougher. My buttons have done what you have described over the last year off and on. Switch up your batteries and your atty, make sure your battery spring is in place. Just fuss a bit and it should pass.

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for getting her back to me in time. I just had to tell you that I borrowed my friends prodigy for 5 days before I got my chuck back. I figured it would be the same type of vape since they both run off of the 18650 battery. Well I was definitely wrong. The prodigy doesn't hit nearly as well as the chuck. Its big, bulky, and literaly eats batteries. I was recharging my battery once a day! You definitely have a chuck fan for life now! I think I may have to order a little chuck next!

Thanks Jeff!!!!

Argh, and we are back to this game again. Except this time the button has a mind of its own and fires whenever it wants. I will take a drag of the chuck the let go of the button and the chuck keeps on going. I just tried cleaning the chuck with the electronic cleaner method and its still firing whenever it wants. These buttons drive me crazy. I would love my chuck if I wasn't already on my 2nd switch in just as many months. :(

So after having messed with my chuck for a bit i'm even more confused now. So when I push the button my chuck fires just fine. I start to release the button and the chuck turns off. Then when I release the button all the way the chuck turns back on again. If you lightly push the button the chuck will turn off. Anyone have any tips for this one?

Went and bought a new switch at radio shack. 2 for $3. Then I just unscrewed the cap pulled the switch out, soldered the new switch in and put it all back together. Probably took me about 10 minutes from start to finish.

I do not openly suggest that anyone try to do this. It can be a bit tricky. I worked for a company for a while soldering EL wire for luminescent clothing. So I've got some experience soldering small tiny wires. So it was pretty easy for me. It does probably "void" the warranty, but the only thing that ever breaks on the Chuck is the button.
