Unfortunately the 2 chucks I bought a short time ago have button issues.
Takes a lot of button pushing to get activation now.
I rely on these units quite a bit and dont use anything else other than 5v passthroughs at times.
Is there a way for me to fix/replace these buttons myself without sending it back?
I dont know if if there are instructions or somekind of walkthrough anywhere, but Im interested in trying to fix this myself so I dont have to be without my units.

I had the same issue when I first received my chuck but in my case I discovered if I pressed the switch down firmly and waited 2-3 seconds until I heard the sizzle of the atomizer heating up, i could then take a drag and it worked perfectly fine. I did this for a couple of weeks and eventually it kind of fixed itself (oddly enough). Now the switch works perfectly fine. Maybe it takes a while to break it in?

Same for me. I did have one that didn't just fix itself but I gently wiped the button down with a slightly damp qtip and rubbing alcohol. Did not soak it cause I think that might break it but it seemed to help alot.
