First Bar....

This is seriously working! I have absolutely no doubts about it now!

I'm not much of a bar fly(at least not anymore)
I meet up with a bunch of friends...in one of the last smoking bars left in the US last night. Was kinda nervous b/c since starting vaping...I've kinda been avoiding smokers and well pretty much all of these particular friends smoke heavily especially when drinking.

Hung out, drank a few(to many) drinks, BSed around and had a good time...Vaped away happily on my 510 no wish nor desire for a real cig at all!
In fact the look, smell, and thought of em now is disgusting. (Ashes n butts..so barbaric!)
Never ever had that happen, I've "quit" before but analogs where still appealing, so i'd end up going back...not now.
I hate em..just waiting for these stubborn smokers to get a clue!

Congrats and glad to hear the analogs didn't appeal in the presence of alcohol.

I haven't been out the bar since I started vaping, but I've had a few beers at home. vaping works just fine for me. My roommate still smokes, but it doesn't bother me. I think I'll be okay in a bar setting as well. I think I'd want to have cards made up or something for curious folks though.

Congrats and yes,,,,vape at bars when we go out...people come up to me all the time and ask about my Ego....or my wife's 510....What is nice is the next day, you don't wake up with that analog smell all over your cloths....not to mention the coughing in the morning......This is so great.....Enjoy...

Same here, yesterday was only my second day without any analogs at all and I went out with friends to a bar. Not even once did the thought of an analog appeal to me. I am amazed by that.

I did have about 50 people ask me about my 901 and one guy took it out of my hand and tried it!8-o I made sure to get extra germ-fighting alcohol in my system to combat that invasion of my internal space.

I wished I'd had a bunch of Vapor Kings business cards to pass out though.

In mt second week of vaping, I tried an analog and didn't like it anymore.
I'm now safe around smokers. I don't "mind" them but I don't want to stink! so I'm around them just for a while. It's funny, since I quit (not 6 weeks or so) at work they say that I smell "like candy" instead of a smoker.

I visit a bar each Friday and now I'm vaping there. When drinking, I love to use B&H (my ex analogs and menthol) when drinking. For everyday use, I only use AC and coffee flavors.

It's a new world... a better one!

I find that I like all of the attention that I get at bars now that I've started vaping. I recently got a mod with a color changing LED and nearly everyone that sees it wants to check it out. Half of them think I'm smoking something illegal.

I haven't been to a bar since I switched, but I'm kinda looking forward to it. I have no worries. I'm around smokers every day, and I often have drinks at the house ... no cravings for cigarettes. Five months ago, I wouldn't have believed it.

Thank you, you are giving me hope!! I work in a bar and have yet to try my PV when I'm working. But this Sunday is the day I will break it in. I'm really looking forward to showing off my 510 (and when winter rolls around, stying inside where its nice and warm and vaping while everyone else has to go outside)
