I've been vaping since last August, strictly with tanks and low end VV/VW batteries. Two weeks ago I purchased a Tobeco Magma clone at a local B&M they built it for my iStick. Unfortunately the extra long 510 on the Magma ruined the iStick pin. Spent a week or so researching new devices and landed on the Smok xpro M65 with a Samsung INR 18650 25R for power. Recieved it today.
After the original wick on the Magma gave up the ghost I went ahead and grabbed some cotton and wire and decided to jump into the deeper end. Spent a few hours researching and watching videos and figured a single micro coil around 1.8ohm would be a good place to start. First coil was a mess, missed the part about heating the wire to reduce the spring. After a moment over the stove top I gave it another try. Success! A pretty even looking coil! Wicked with some organic cotton pad from the B&M. It's lightyears beyond my old tanks. Can't wait to fiddle with new builds!
