It's been 2 and a half days since having a cigarette, and today is the first day that I felt like I really wanted one. I keep hearing about the 3 day mark being the first hurdle, but now it looks like I'm hitting it a little early. I'm just going to keep plugging away with the eGo and push through it. I know it's possible, and this is what is going to help.

Looking at my signature, its about 2 and a half packs avoided. I'm feeling great, I'm able to breathe, taste, smell, and all is well. The cravings will subside, and I will make it!

Bro, fight the craving. I find out that I was vaping a lot more than I use to smoke. That's because there are no chemicals in the liquid that makes your body take more nicotine then if you were to smoke a real cigarette. I myself started with the high 24mg liquid but downgraded to the 18mg after 8 weeks. Hang in there bro. Trust me I a few weeks time you won't even think about analogs any more. I've been smoking since I was 13 now I'm 34...

Keep it together man, I went back to analogs a few years ago after vaping for over 6 months. Let me tell you after smoking again and watching my health deteriorate, especially after my son was born, ill never go back to smoking analogs again! Stay strong bro, you can make it, think of all the poor fools who are quitting now and don't know about e-cigs, here is a nice RY4 drag for them..
