I bought the njoy 510 starter kit long before I found this forum. I've had it about 6 weeks and find myself fiddling with it constantly to get the results I want. I even have to keep fiddling with the charger to get it to keep charging. When I found the forum I was looking for tips to make this work better. Little did I know! After reading threads on here I ordered some new equipment which will hopefully arrive soon. This morning one of my batteries appears to be dead. It lights up orange when I put it on the charger while the charger stays green. It lights up okay when I try to vape but no vapor;-( Tried it with various carts and atts that work on my other battery too.

Is it an auto battery? Auto batteries are much more likely to be damaged or killed by juice leaks. 510 manuals are totally sealed on the threaded end and even other brand manuals that have a hole are harder to kill than autos. Autos are totally dependent on a drag sensor right behind that open hole in the battery - gunk that up or short it out, and the auto battery is a loss.

Also for any slim ecig batteries, once they reach 150 recharges they start to go downhill. And accidentally charging slim 510 batteries on the faster charging cable of an Ego or Riva 510 can damage the slim batteries. I lost two of my manuals that way. Some vendor some time sent me an Ego charging cable (puts out about 420ma) instead of a slim 510 charger cable (puts out about 200ma). And the 2 slim 510 batteries I sometimes charged on that cable for over a month both lost the ability to hold much of a charge. So I got out the magnifying glass and discovered that cable was a 420ma fast charging one (had I known that i would have labeled it and only used my Riva on it).
