Hello,
I have looked all over this site, gone back and forth, have narrowed it down to three and am now asking for some opinions on what I should get as my first e-cig. In all honesty I will probably end up getting all three but would like help deciding which I should get first. My choices are the ModernVapor Sideshow, TrueSmoker Dragon, and the Revolver.
-I am a pack and a half analog smoker (Marlboro Ultralights).
-Vapor production not huge, as long as it is close to an analog.
-Probably the same would go for throat hit.
HA looking at that my stats I know that any one of these three would suffice and that is why I am having trouble deciding. I like the sound of the charger for the Revolver, the design of the Dragon, and the Sideshow has qualities of both that I like (design and the Pcc charges unlike the Dragon's). Any opinions/insights that people could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much in advance!!

Get the sideshow. Especially if its manual battery.

I was a pack and a half to 2 pack a day smoker. I ended up picking the Revolver Elite over a 510 I tried (and over the Njoy I own... I hate that thing). I never tried the other 2 you listed, but I can say that the PCC and stuff I own is great. I haven't had any problems with it and I get massive vapor when using the liquid for refills.

I wish I tried the other ones so I could compare for you. All I can say is that I'm happy with my current choice and have no desire to buy another (a lot people just about collect these things lol).

Hello,
My choices are the ModernVapor Sideshow, TrueSmoker Dragon, and the Revolver.

Hiya and welcome.

I haven't used a Sideshow or a Revolver (m702, same as the model Litecig and absolutelyecigs sells) but the 401 (Dragon) was my favorite until recently. I switched over to a KR808d-1 (Vapor King) because I got tired of refilling the tiny carts that the 401 uses - the 702/revolver use the same carts.

The 401 is an excellent model if you want a 3 piece. It has an exposed atty that is terrific for dripping. And I've found that Smoore, the co. that makes the 401 and 702, make attys that break in easily, don't have primer taste, and their products last a long time- haven't lost a battery or atty in months.

The 40x series is also nice because you can choose from 3 different lengths of batteries: 401 the longest, 402 about the size of a 100, and 403 the length of a king cigarette.

If you go with the 401 or 702 I recommend Litecig. Shawn's a nice guy and has a great selection.

But ultimately I switched over to a VK because they have refillable 2 piece cartos (cartomizers) that hold about 3 times the liquid and batteries that last longer. The PCC is pretty sweet too. You can find out more about this series here:
KR808D-1 - e-cigarette-forum.com

And if you decide to get one I recommend Vapor4Life. They have excellent customer service and quality control:
Vapor4Life:: Because it's your life

They're here on the forum as well:

are all vapor king carts refillable? i was looking to buy one and i'm new to this. it appears the initial vapor king kit comes with disposable carts and i'm not sure if i need to buy juice for them or not.

Yes, they are refillable. They hold quite a bit of liquid and are really easy to refill. Here's a how-to video from the V4L forum:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/39350-refilling-cartomizer-movie.html

and a trick that lets you get about 25-30 drop (approx 1-1.5ml) in there.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/47584-my-refilling-trick.html

You have a choice- you can either buy the pre-filled and toss them when you're done, or you can keep them and refill them, OR you can buy empty cartomizers and fill them.

Between the M401/2 and the M702, i would give an edge to the M401/2

1) You can always get an M403 battery as all M401/2/3 batteries are interchangeable. It only differs in size. 108mm, 96mm and 85mm. The M702 is about the size of an M403.

2) The M401/2 comes with complete accessories. It has manual/ auto batts, USB Passthrough and now, even a PCC.

3) M401/2 is very much tried and tested. I've used it for the past 1 year and reliabibily + performance is unlike any other. Of course, NO ecig is perfect.

If you only wish to get a kit or make a small trial purchase, i also recommend litecig. If you wish to stock up and save some cash, go to www.absolutelyecigs.com

Shipping there is fixed, no matter how much you purchase. So you obviously save more when you stock up and small purchases wouldn't be worth the shipping. Prices are lower too. There are deals now on bulk purchases and liquid. CS is amazing and they are never out of stock.
