I ordered 10 bottles and didn't like a single one.
Yep, gave every last one away.

I really like Adore eliquids at the moment. Their flavours are incredibly good and the prices very reasonable. Gourmet juices for below par prices.
I've heard this from so many people's lately that if I didn't DIY, I'd have to try it!

I find it fascinating how people can mix their own so well that it tastes better than the commercial product. Kind of like home cooking compared to restaurant food!
I strongly feel you get out what you put in, in all things. That being said, it's not for everyone. I have a friend who spent a ridiculous amount of money only getting started and after only a month decided she didn't have the patience for it. So, yeah... that happens. I didn't know if it'd work for me and thrilled it is!

If you received them recently, you might want to leave the caps and stoppers off for overnight the let the juice breathe. Even after a few days, the flavor can change for the better....or not.
thanks I will give this a try, I spent some time yesterday looking into the company. They say the presteep now, but other comments still said to let them breath. I am vaping the dream tea right now and i really want to love it but it leaves a soapy after taste in my mouth :( more steeping and breathing might be the solution.

@ellejewell2016 what type of tobacco flavors do you prefer? Dessert sweet tobaccos or just a straight up tobacco, tobacco with a fruit kick, etc ?
I honestly havent tried any tobacco flavors other than a sample size of commercial menthol. But I am partial to dessert vapes in general.

You might like That1Vape. They are a budget juice vendor that is better than most, Tmaxx from vaping watch are good too. T1V Betsy is very good and Tmaxx dragon cranapple is also very good. I didn't get into dessert vapes until I started diy, commercial was too sweet.

I've been vaping for 9 years and DIY just never worked for me. I've even tried macerating Naturally Extracted Tobacco and that turned out bad as well. I think I have two left thumbs or something.

Just recently I thought I would mix some basic tobacco based concentrates at 2-3% (Little Space Drops and Virginia) with PG/VG and nicotine and both tasted horrible. I've tried different percentages of mixing and it still tasted horrible.

I find it fascinating how people can mix their own so well that it tastes better than the commercial product. Kind of like home cooking compared to restaurant food!

Tagged the wrong person for tobacco post. What type of tobacco juices do you enjoy?

Sample sized bottles and try various vendors and profiles. I agree sometimes online juice needs steeping and breathing.

I have found everyone's tongue is different. And, while it can be easy to presume that "commercial" eliquid will be better, well that isn't always the case. It's pretty rare for me to NOT do something to improve my commercial liquids, even if it's a dilution. After DIY for a while, most commercial flavorings taste harsh, over chemically, or too sweet, like sickly sweet. It all depends.

There is no reason to think a commercial juice outfitter can do better than DIY. They are using for the most part the SAME ingredients as DIY juice makers. If you don't wind up finding commercial liquids you like (and sometimes, IMO, the less expensive brands can be more to my taste) it may wind up being a good reason to return to DIY and hone your skills a little more and etc. Just a thought. Most successful DIY ers approach it very systematically (whatever their system is) and kind of INHALE the information on the DIY board, ask questions, keep notes, and etc. To me it's worth it, (not only for cost) but also being self sufficient, and the pleasure of knowing I can make juices that satisfy MY palate. It's worth the work investment..

But going in with the mindset "I can't do as well as or better than commercial elqiuids" may hamper progress.

Good luck with whatever route you wind up going. I doubt my DIY creations would win any awards (IDK) but they are good enough for me and that is what matters.

Yeah I am not very patient either with mixing and it's an art of fine detail. I tend to not be methodical with it.

Well, I just got my first ejuice order in from Mt baker vapor. I only tried the Hawk sauce and the moo juice so far, but I have to say I am really disappointed. The hawk sauce tasted like grape medicine and the moo juice has little flavor and is harsh and it makes my tongue numb.

I am not even sure if it is safe to keep vaping a juice that makes my tongue numb? I purchased from them because their company was reputable and at my price range. Now I am regretting that purchase.

Has anyone here had similar experience?
Keep your chin up and keep plugging away. I would have never recommended a new vapor to buy those flavors.

Go to nicoticket.com and order Custards Last Stand and Wakonda. Thank me later.

Then go to Suicide Bunny and buy any of her stuff.

Sorry you that this lousy experience.
(Forget all the crap recommended on your thread...except for Five Pawns[emoji16])

Up until this point, I thought your comment was useful. I don’t understand why you’d call others advice crap. IMO, a lot of great advice here!

Edit: So, I think I missed the joke initially. Apologies! (Guess I’m tired and should really get to bed!)

I always understood that the "bigger" on-line vendors made fairly fresh, as within a week. Just the amount of sales called for mixing it that way. IDK.

But, with that in my mind, I just slowly purchased more than what I was vaping. Half of what I bought I knew I could tolerate and the rest was trying new flavors that I had a intuition about.

I kept track of each brand/flavor/date and after awhile I was finally getting to bottles that were a month or so sitting in a dark drawer. Didn't matter the flavor, they steeped in the e-juice cellar.

Also, all bottles were left un-capped with the nipple tip off for 24 hours. Just to let and alcohol dissipate. Put my finger over the top and shook them 3-4 different times that first 24 hours, too.

Just got into a routine and things tasted better.

Still, I like DIY now. I wear a chef's hat and mumble in Swedish.

I've sampled all category's of juice, house, commercial and friends diy. I mix basic flavors of juice and or thin with distilled water. My mixes are done the bar room way 1 part this 2 parts that and maybe thin it out with water. I started this right off back in January this year as most juice was too sweet or just off, tobacco + fruit everybody seems to go heavy on fruit. I mix 2 parts tobacco 1 fruit and thin it out if needed.

P.S. I treat all the juice I buy as a concentrate and thin it like weed killer!
