First Fasttech order

I ordered my first mech mod off fasttech and was wondering how long of a wait I should be expecting until it arrives at my door? I received an email notifying me the item has been shipped on July 1. Trying to stay patient! The tracking was updated on July 4 -processed through sorting facility- in China and now is stuck at Origin Post preparing shipment since. A little confusing to me since the email was sent on the 1st.

Packages from China can take up to two weeks and sometimes even longer.

Well if it shipped on July first you should get it just in time for Christmas. I have had orders stay at that status for almost a month on several occasions while others are here in a week. It's luck of the draw on how long it sits at customs waiting to be approved to move on.

It'll probably be several more days before I actually receive it. Everything coming out of NY takes forever to get me via USPS.

I've had packages delivered while according to tracking they were still in Honk Kong for two or more weeks after I got them. I have also had multiple orders over many weeks suddenly all show up at the same time. I put little to absolutely no faith in the tracking being updated properly and pay little attention to it. Generally if your package has not arrived within thirty days it's time to start trying to track it down. This doesn't seem to matter if you live beside Fasttech headquarters or half way around the world. BTW congrats on your first order.

As long as you don't order batteries or juice, you should get your package within 2 weeks. FT shipping has been very good lately as long as you pick USPS. Batteries/Juice go thru Singapore. Can take a month.

Be happy you ordered enough to get the tracking as if you chose the free regular shipping it can take more than 1 month.

Get the app that FT has, you can track your order and can setup notifications to keep you posted on progress of your order.

What exactly did you buy? If you got batteries expect it to be at least a month. If not then 2-3 weeks

It arrived today, took about 10-14 days time for a mech mod and battery charger. Good timing.

I ordered mine the 28th and it just came today July 9
