I have now been vaping and off the cigarettes for 25 hours. To be honest, I'm struggling a bit as it just feels like there's something missing. After a meal, I always go out the house for a smoke. Even though I still go outside for a vape rather than a smoke, I still have the feeling of missing a smoke, despite being on 18mg nicotine. As my mate said, I'm balancing 25 hours against 25 years. Sensible advice, so I'm persevering.
Back to the subject in hand. I'm at the Cabinet Office on Thursday. Usual procedure is three hours on the train, gasping for a smoke, arriving in Paddington and running directly out on arrival to light up. This Thursday, I've two colleagues with me and we're cutting it fine to get across to Westminster on the Underground. I'd really like, for the first time, not having them wait around for me to piss about smoking. So is anyone aware how I'm fixed for a vape on First Great Western and Underground trains?
