Mini VapeStack
I've been using the Mini VapeStack sold at madvapes (Mini VapeStack Black) for a few days and I am so pleased with it. Here's my short review.
Pros:
(1) Size: It's the smallest mod I've owned. It fits perfectly, and comfortably, in my hand. It would be really great for those trying to stealth vape or those preferring a more inconspicuous vape. It's also relatively light and comfy.
(2) Button: The placement of the button on the top, rather than side or bottom, is my favorite feature. I haven't really liked those mods that have the bottom button; they're a little too awkward for me to reach. The VapeStack is really comfortable and feels more natural, but I haven't accidentally set it off. That's a plus too!
(3) Body: It's very sleek. The pics posted at MadVapes don't really do it justice. The finish is really professional, very clean and polished. The colored drip tips are really nice too!
(4) Drip Tips: I have had no problems with the tip. I don't find it too narrow. I've used the standard drip tip and the Delrin and Wide-Mouth tips and have not noticed any appreciable difference. This may be a matter of personal preference, though. I have also used the 510 carto, and an 808 carto with adapter, and they work great as well. The flavor on the 510 carto is really fantastic -- they taste better on the VapeStack than any other PV I own.
(5) Performance: Great performance. It has fired immediately every time I've used it. I used one battery for more than 6 hours without any noticeable decrease in performance. I've used several different atomizers and cartomizers and they are all working wonderfully on this mod -- lots of vapor and lots of flavor. My husband uses a Thermo 6v and says that he doesn't really notice a difference between the Thermo and VapeStack.
(6) Price and Safety Issues: Very reasonably priced at $69.99. The kit includes the following: the body in black, red, blue, and purple; a matching drip tip; an atomizer and empty cart; and, a 3 month warranty. It takes a protected 16340 battery and includes vents on the bottom.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons.
All things considered, I'd give it a 5 out of 5. For me, the button placement and size are the real selling features. It's compact without sacrificing performance and aesthetics. In fact, it performs as well as, or better than, my other PVs, but is more convenient because of the size and mechanics.
