I've been in rehab for the past 5 months, and quit smoking, started vaping while there. I started my first job since being back home today. It was absolutely amazing to not have to worry about when/where can i smoke?? Found myself vaping in the break room during my lunch break and just smiling. I know the smokers have to be miserable with our smoking policies, but I have no problem with my nicotine habit. It was a pretty rewarding experience, and I felt the need to share with like minded folks.

Congratulations on rehab and quitting. Both are not easy. I know form experience. Good luck with the job. Vaping did change my life.
Man I don't know how you quit smoking in rehab lol. That was the only thing keeping me sane while I was there. But anyways congrats on quitting whatever you went to rehab for and smoking. Both are definitely really good things, and things to be proud of. One day at a time.
I was off for a year and was worried when I started a job. But I found that I didn't crave the smoke breaks like before. Now I do want to go sit down though from time to time! LOL
Not sure, but some of the guys smoke in the break room. I know that's not allowed, so I feel rather safe with my decision.
Thanks. Smoking was the only vice I had she I got to rehab, I had an interesting situation to get there. Figured if I had to be there, I may as well quit something.
