Sigh...I made it 7 months and then I fell into a stress trap. Thankfully my friend offered to give me back the vape stuff I had given her when I quit. At least I didn’t forget how to wrap a coil!

Just a small bump. Later down the road when the stress subsides you could always quit again if you still wanted to. Life's good. :)

If I ever quit vaping I think I'll keep a good setup in storage just in case. Knowing it's there, ready to go should I need it, would give me peace of mind. An increasingly rare commodity in today's world.

Sorry to hear about the stress that’s causing you to go back. But I’m really glad to hear your friend was willing to give back your mods. And that you were wise enough to not get a pack of cigarettes, but instead fall back on vaping. Hey I know your not happy about it but I’m sure it could be much worse. Hang in there and try again when it’s more convenient.

I have no problems as far as physically quitting I've done it many times for months at a time. It's always at a cost to the people around me. I just have no patience without nicotine. I would need some other form of medication, most likely with far greater side effects. My wife is a psychiatrist so I have had plenty of professional help, diagnoses, "born asxxole". Recommendation "keep vaping".

That's okay.. I did much the same thing, I made it 5 months the second time I quit vaping..

It's a matter of learning more about yourself each time and adjusting...

Some day you will make it... maybe next time you try..

I'm on my third vaping quit now... this time for me it's different than it ever was before so I'm hopeful..

Good luck to you! It's just a thing.. we all smoked so long I've decided it takes some practice to quit vaping...
