Top of the food chain, N.J.
I recently got my PV and decided it would not only be cheaper but more fun to mix my own flavors. The saga begins...

I went to the mail box and found my package from Totally Wicked (GREAT service) and ran into my office/lab to begin the process of mixing. Being that I am currently awaiting a more complete DIY kit I only ordered 2 flavors (caramel and tutti fruity) and some 36mg Nic juice.

I began mixing... and it was an abysmal failure... I made both mixes WAY too strong and had NO VG... I know now what i didnt then. I hit the forum and did some reading and discovered I needed to make a 1/2 hour trip to Micheal's to get some Wilton's Glycerine I got back and everything came out perfect.

Its not throaty but it makes sick billowing plumes.

I used a 50/50 approach Nic/VG, but for some reason I cant seem to taste the flavors really. I added more but I dont want to go over board.

I like sweet stuff as you can see. Anyone have good guide lines on adding flavor or sweetness to their mix??

Thanks in advance.

Bristow, Ok.
All hail our leader Zofryer. That is a cool find. Now I might actually try making some. So what percent flavor do most use or like?

It varies with the flavors. Some are stronger than others. Put a tiny smear of flavor on the back of your clean hand. Do not lick but touch your tongue to it. This way you can see for yourself just how strong it is before mixing.
