Mixing percentages?

I decided to mix my own liquid and see how it goes since I use zero-nic anyway...so I picked up a bottle of Wilton Glycerin, Wilton almond and vanilla flavors, and distilled water.

I know the flavors won't be strong and that's fine, I plan to order Lorann flavors at some point.

What percentages/parts would I mix the flavoring, glycerin, and water in?

All I can say is you don't want too much water.
