first mix

made my first eliquid diy mix yesterday.good vapour and throat hit sweet but no flavour coming through.only 8% flavouring. do i need more flavour or should i let it steep as some say.only made 3ml thank god.

No flavor could mean too much or not enough flavor. What flavor were you using? Everyone's tastes are different, but it will help see which direction you need to go.

4 drops state express 2 drops peanut .70% pg 30 vg%.

that is 6 gtts /3 ml = 2:1
I usually start with 1 gtt of the concentrate / ml so would have started with 2 of state and 1 of peanut and worked my way up if it is concentrate.

It is concentrated? If it is, you may need to thin it. If not, you may need more. LOL, doesn't sound like I am much help does it?

oh well.also made another 3ml batch with 3 drops camel and 1 drop orange 5% flavour tastes the same .

Hey Welsh, the question I would need answered is, what does it smell like?

So, what does your bottle of DIY juice smell like?

Once I know that question, I can refer to a blog post that has all this flavoring level stuff listed out and determine which way you need to go.

No problem. That's why I wrote that blog, so I wouldn't have to repeat that stuff all the time.

Seems that the T-ice is workin' out well for you since your post wasn't about odd tastes which means it's clean tasting nic. (That's a huge first step actually and often overlooked.)

Since I started mixing at 48mg, a clean tasting nic was a primary concern and I'm still pretty picky about it even though I've dropped quite a bit since then.
