First Month Vaping!

Six months today for me I was moody and depressed the first month or so due to withdrawing from the stinkies but now I don't want them I cant even stand to be around someone smoking.

Oh and congrats to all of you making one month!

The best thing is when someone asks you for a light and you can reply, hand on heart, "Sorry I don't smoke"

You'll find little milestones along the way. Like exercising without getting breathless, new flavour from food and things that you didn't realise had a smell suddenly you can smell them (sometimes this can be a bad thing)

Good work on your journey so far, it does get better and easier as you go along.

I have taken up walking again too, I've got a little middle-aged spread I need to work on too. The taste and smell senses are coming back for me too.

I hope you're right about not turning back. I want to be able to live longer and spend many more years with my wife. She's what makes living good!
