Hello I am about 3 to 4 months into vaping. I decided to start making my own e-juice. My question is with my first batch I noticed that it was not as thick as what I have been getting. My first question is is this ok for the cartomizer/battery? I am running the CE2xl on a 1000ma manual battery. The e-juice I am getting now is also homemade and the person I get it from said his runs a little thicker than what you get online. If this is no problem with the E-cig setup itself and can be used I like it. Any help would be great.

Yea it should be ok unless you get flooding. If you want it thicker go with a higher percentage of VG. Do you use a good juice calculator?

I have the e juice me up one. What is a good ratio for the pg/vg? My nicotine is in pg to begin.
It's all personal preference. I like mine with more PG. 90/10, 80/20, 70/30.
But like I said, it's really all about what you like.
My first run was 5ml it was 1ml of my nicotine which is in pg. Another ml of flavoring then the last 3 pg and vg which I did 1.5 of each. It seemed not as thick but just concerned if there was such a thing as to thin? When I tried it it vaped nice but I didn't care for the flavor. I should have gotten my first flavor as one I already tried. That was my fault.
