You can try ePuffer it is a Canadian ecig company, just do a google for it. bnrk

No, ePuffer do not yet sell in Canada. Their ePuffer.ca site has been "coming soon pending Health Canada site license" for a long time. I wouldn't buy from them even if they were though, they're stupidly overpriced for mediocre hardware. Not as bad as Greensmoke or White Cloud, but still way out there.

To answer the OP, there are no actual laws against any E-cigarette merchandise in Canada. However, Health CAnada has issued an advisory against them and do have the power to seize or refuse nicotine liquids at the border, and order vendors in Canada to stop selling it. They aren't going after hardware at the moment, just nicotine liquids.

However, that's not to say you can't get it here. We have a small but thriving group of vendors in Canada. Once you get 5 posts (and wait for a little bit after your 5th) you'll have access to the Canada forum, where I can send you some lists of vendors who carry various things and you'll be able to shop to your heart's (but not necessarily wallet's) content. :)

Congrats on your success! Yeah, it's not illegal but Health Canada don't want anyone to sell liquid containing nicotine, nor import it. But we do it anyway, because screw Health Canada. :)

A few more posts and you can join us in the Canada forum and get all the information on vaping in Canada you'll ever need.

Congrats yourself mindfield i wish you many more years of sucess.

You can count on that. I'm never touching another 'baccy stick as long as I live. Which, hopefully, will be longer than I anticipated as a smoker. :)

Besides, I seem to have entrenched myself in various parts of the Canadian E-cig community so I can't leave now. I'm enjoying myself too much. ;)

Their (real) issues are twofold.

1) They want control. They want to do what the FDA tried (and failed) to do and regulate E-cigs as drug delivery devices, thus requiring expensive market authorization for every E-cig to be marketed in Canada.

2) They want tax revenue. In addition to the expensive market authorization, they want a good cut of high taxation on E-cig products.

There are things in motion currently to try and effectively do what was done in the UK, but it's going to be some considerable time before we find out if any of it will be successful or not. In the mean time, we've got a small and in some cases slightly secretive (but still quality) assortment of vendors, and we take risks any time we order juices from across the border. It sucks, but at least they're not flat out illegal like they are in some countries, so at least we have that. I just hope we can do better in the long run and have a fully legitimized E-cig market in the long run. And I'll be honest: I think we will. Evidence continues to grow on the effectiveness and low health risks of electronic cigarettes, exposure in mainstream media is growing, and I think that ultimately, the preponderance of evidence, positive media exposure and increasing pressure from the ever and rapidly growing nation of vapers will force Health Canada's hand.

We can't be ignored forever.
