I have been vaping for 3 months with no analogs now and am an avid lurker here at ECF. Thanks to everyone for all the information I have now. I started with Blu and quickly discovered the battery life was not near enough for me. I was a 1 PAD smoker for 12 years and smoked 2 PAD on the weekend. I moved on to the ego c and t and found a much better setup. I talk about vaping to everyone and have partially converted one of my coworkers. As I did, she still smokes and uses her PV still trying to decide what's best for her. I just purchased the ego twist battery and I was wondering what could be a better delivery system for it than the tank that comes with the ego. The draw gets to hard for me within a couple of days and I go through 3-5 ML of juice daily so I need something that's gonna last all day. What's your favorite setup? If something needs backup parts such as an atomizer or tube, please let me know as all of this is still pretty new to me. Thanks for all the knowledge shared on ECF as it makes a newbie feel less like one!

welcome tiger! i was 1pad and 2pad on weekends too :). i use my ego while at home and take my 510's w/pcc while out as i only have 1 ego. the 510 starter kit just wasnt doing it for home use(was charging batteries like every 2hrs). i also just recently converted one of my friends and she's hooked. had her last stinky about 5days ago. i use about as much juice as you too LOL. i use fluxo's instead of atomizer. when draw gets hard i just take them apart, rinse with HOT water and do a dry burn. i get 3-4 wks out of one. id say thats awesome price its 5 for $12. right now i have enough of those to last almost i yr. and enough juice to last about 6 mths as i just started buying in bulk to diy.

Welcome to ecf, and congrats on staying off the cigs.
The eGo-T also got me off the cigarettes, so I will be about the last one you will ever hear say bad things about them. That said, it also only took me 2-3 mounts to discover that there is a whole different demension to vaping beyond the eGo-T.
You might find that you will like cartomizers better than the eGo tanks, or you might like the Vision eGo (Stardust), and don't forget to try a dripping atomizer. The good news is that these all work on the eGo battery, so you don't have to rush out and buy the most expencive APV on the market. Like most, you will probably spend enough on trying different flavors, atties & cartos for a while.

My favorite setup is one of these on top of a variable voltage battery.

    VPX CARTOMATOR Cartomizer Tank

I have a mini and use 3 ohm boge cartos in it. With an almost clear colored juice I get about 5-7 days, about 15-20 milliliters, out of one carto. I refill the tank 1-2 times a day.

You will need to get some of these too.

Pre-Dotted Cartomizers for VPX Cartomator Tanks

If you end up liking the tank, and want to save some money, you can get a carto punch tool and punch holes in just about any carto you want. If you punch your own cartos they cost about $0.80-$1.25 each. Depending on where you get them.

Hi Tigerfan and welcome to ECF.

I began with Boge cartos, next Ressurector XL cartos, next carto+tank and now am using the V2 clearomizers. If refilling is a problem I would suggest the V2 clearomizers with the new longer wick- very easy to refill and looks cool. Best price I've found

I really like the Smoktech 3.5ml DCT tanks with Boge 2.0 ohm single coil stainless steel XL cartomizers, slotted per PBusardo's YouTube instructions. The tanks are about $8.50 w/o carto, and the cartos are 92 cents each right now at SureVapes.

Boge Mix n Match (5 Boxes) .92 each

Thanks everybody! I ordered the vivi nova tank because it came with the different ohm atomizers.

John D - Where did you buy your Smoktech 3.5 DCT tanks? And I'm assuming the Boge cartomizers work with the Smoktech tanks?

Yep, they go together like rum and Coke.

I'll add the link ASAP. I just bought 30 of them, just can't remember where I got them :)

$8.55 each. I like the frost-colored ones, YMMV. Totally clear ones tend to frost up anyway, so the frost makes a lot of sense to me. Easier to color-coordinate with different-colored PV's as well.

This tank/carto comb is a total no-brainer for just about any PV/APV there is. Not the end-all and be-all, but a valuable addition to just about anyone's arsenal IMO.
