Had my protank for a day now, so far love it. Found my first problem with it today when I tried to clean it. I washed everything out with water, let it dry out, then give it a quick 5 sec dry burn. Once I filled it and took a puff, I got a very burnt taste. I believe this was caused by the dry burn. Anyone else get this yet? Are you not supposed to dry burn the protank heads?

They dry burn fine. Always do a few dry pulls (pulling into your mouth without firing the coil) until you start to taste the juice. If you're using something that's heavy on the VG, give it a minute to wick up. If you continue getting dry hits, pop the center pin out of the head and make sure the loose wicks on top are positioned properly. They should be aligned side-by-side and positioned the same as the coiled wick. You may even want to pull one of the loose wicks out and see if that helps. If you flood after that, just stick it back in there.
