Ligament pull no joke better rest it out. Popped my PCL at BT when riding on sore knee fr soccer.

yah, much better now. all healed up. didnt help tat 3wks after the crashed had a trip to KL to rock climb...

Anyway hope this vaping helps with my stamina...
