And here's a pic of my new RSST using 400 SS mesh and 32g Kanthal. Came out at 1.6 ohms, think I'm having a hot leg problem on both leads (basing that off of both top and bottom most wraps being black already). I pulsed it at 3.7V and it was burning evenly, it gives off plenty of vapor UNTIL I put the top cap on and vape on it. Need to drill the air hole out (which is always sitting on top of the wick), but don't know what sized drill bit to start off with, any pointers? So far, I've not noticed a difference between keeping the fill hole plug in or taking it out, so I've decided to keep it in should I accidentally tip my eVic over (have a Kamry 100, Vamo V3, and innokin SVD coming in the mail, too, so shush you APV fanboys of the other brands, my shinies are coming soon).

You could try going 3/64" (1.2mm), 1/16" (1.58mm), then 5/64" (1.98mm). I usually drill my holes to 1/16".

Congrats on the set up. If you don't notice a difference with the fill cap, that means your wick is doing well. I would say start as small as you can, and try it out as you go. I have some that are pretty large on a igo-l, but i use it just for huge clouds sitting around the house.

how long do your wicks usually last? i use about 3-4 MG per day and my wicks have been lasting 1 week. I think my builds are still inconsistent
