At first ... they were running in vavg. Then people complained about accuracy so they added rms.

Why they didn't just take out vavg to begin with I have no idea but I bet we start seeing most mods released this year with rms only. As it should be ...

It seems the low cost VW-VV mod fire is catching on and spreading!

There was a co-op going for these, not sure if it is still going. There are shorter tubes that can be used - so it can be used as an 18350 also. I think the idea is you could also mix and match tube and head colors.
If these get a good review then I think they'll be popular with the lady vapers as well as the guys. Nice to see some something vv/vw that probably has broader appeal.
I've been keeping my eye on these. Anodized mods can be quite robust even though lighter. And so much easier to hold and carry around. Waiting for a review too.

As with so many things in the vape world, I think having both options is a good thing even though RMS should be standard.
There are some hothead vapers that love the vavg mode because they can hit those high power levels. I don't need it but I can see the option being a selling point for some.

I still think it's odd people like vavg. What you set isn't what you're getting.

They don't care. They stack 2x 18350 and crank it up. They are vaping by taste. Too much power for me at those levels, but I have an AVG only mod and its ok. With so many vv/vw mods coming out RMS is handier for comparisons though. I know 7 watts on my Zmax is the same as 7 watts on my Vamo. And hopefully will be the same on the CVI.

Different strokes. I'm more a fan of a cooler vape myself. 7-9 watts does me fine. I wonder what is shorter, the anyvape or vamo in 18350 mode. I'm looking for a good stealth mod for out and about.

Oh me too - I couldn't vape up at the watts those guys do. Most people don't. The CVI is shorter. I've seen a pic of it next to a Vamo on a European forum - that was both in 18650. The CVI was a bit shorter. And a lot lighter of course.

Don't know if this helps but this is my Vamo in short mode:

(Changed to a better pic)
A 3.5ml vivi does make it a bigger feel overall than if I had a T3 or something smaller attached. Still stealthy enough for me though. I drive and vape with it ok, and have taken it to work along with an X2.
