First time customer experience

I've been hearing good things about Ikenvape for a while now and thought I would order a couple of attys to see if the hype is real. 2 things really stuck out after I received my order of the Ikenvape 510 LR 1.8

1. The atty is superior to every other one I've tried and I love it!!

2. And this is just as important as having great products...customer service. Isaac has certainly learned the golden rule of business..."serve the customer better than anyone else does".

Rarely do I exchange a couple of emails with a business person and feel as if I'm chatting with a friend. Isaac, you have a new lifelong customer and I have a new supplier I feel 100% confident will treat me right. Get used to me

By the way all, i'm David...I lurk more than I post, but i have a feeling I'll be here a lot.

Just got 2 more I06's (2.5ohm), don't know why the others are still hittin' like new. Oh now I remember, I wanted to try the pyrex tip from theecig on them, which fits perfectly by the way. Anyway I want to add my 2 cents on the longivety of these atty's. I've never bothered tryin' to clean attys other than to up the volts when they start failing but have not lost even one of these I06's yet. good service, great products, and the best RY4 on this planet. Isaac! You go boy!
