First time customer

I'm a diehard looks like a cigarette automatic person, but I finally got tempted enough to try an Ego. I found out that Cignot is one of the only places that carries AUTOMATIC Ego batteries, so I bought the custom kit so I could get one auto and one manual. THANK YOU CIGNOT for having that option! Shipping notice came in about two hours after I ordered.

I ordered mine 4.5 hours ago and haven't gotten a shipping notice yet.

Just wanted to say, I didn't get the notice, but my order had shipped according to their site and when I emailed to inquire, I was told if the post office is open, orders go out, none sit overnight.

So, they are doing great so far! Now...to stalk USPS...

I got an Ego kit from them yesterday and have to say VERY impressed, I was all auto, but got the manuals for a change...LOVE LOVE LOVE it! And their Customer Serivce is awesome!
