First time DIY last night

Hello everyone

Ill start of by letting everyone know I kinda cheated as im using premixed 50/50 12nic from Nude nicotine as I dont want to get into mixing nicotine myself yet. I made a few small 5ml batches last night of One stop DIY Arnold Palmer and Cactus cooler and both turned out really good at the recommended 10%. The FA Dew Drops was a little weak at 10% so I bumped it to 15% and its really good also. Ive got about 25 flavors from FA and Loranns to play with currently and wanted to thank all of you for the great info and recipes here.

I did have a question though however, I did get Loranns lemonade and ive noticed some people here love it and some saying its not safe or soluble, is this flavor safe for mixing?

Which lemon from Loranns do you have? They do have some PG-soluble variations, but also have essential oils that we would like to stray away from. Care to post a pic of the bottle?

I will put up a pic of the bottle later today, It is a 1 dram glass bottle from One Stop DIY, it has the Lorann oils emblem and lemonade flavor. I thought this was unusable when I saw Lorann "oils" but the ingredients are PG, alcohol, nat and art flavor, water, citric acid and polysorbate 80. The ingredients lead me to beleive this is the correct one for eliquid?

Congrats on the DIY. No matter how you do it. . . it is fun. As far as what is in the flavoring, I read the label and if it is pg and flavor and nothing that I can't pronounce, I try it. Good luck to you and have fun. That is what it is all about. If you are interested in doing what is the most simple, try making your own unflavored nic juice and add a couple drops of vaping Zone's gourmet or super concentrated flavorings. It only takes a couple drops. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Hello vettemn and welcome to the world of DIY. Before long you too will be storing liters of nicotine in your freezer for a rainy FDA day and mixing up all sorts of great recipes. Be sure to keep notes on everything you make so a month down the line when your steep juice comes out to be the best juice you ever had, you will know exactly what you did.

Could it be that what you recall seeing was mention that it's not safe for use in PLASTIC TANKS?
The lemon and many other citrus flavors are known to erode plastic tanks.
If you're using glass, no worries...

I think they are referring to the fact that Lorann's has flavors that are oil based and that's been a questionable base to use when making eliquid. I personally stay away from it because I don't like Lorann's anyway and I'd rather error on the side of caution.
