First time diy please help

Ok so I bought all my stuff from wizard labs.
i have 60mg nic pg based
I want to make a 30 ml bottle of dragonfruit
with 8mg nic and 30pg 70vg
some break this down dummy style for me please
yes i have gloves and syringes and a graduated cylinder.

for 30 ml taking into account 10% flavoring (You should start with 5% and work up until it taste right).
4ml Nic juice
2ml PG
21ml VG

Both my suggestions were already posted. They have helped me a bunch. Good luck to you and I hope it helps. Dragonfruit is recommended to use at 5 - 12 percent. I would start out low and increase if it needs it. I was not sure what base you were using. Sorry. You can adjust this calculation.
