First time DIY, where to find 36mg/ml WTA liquid?

I want to try DIY for the first time since I can't find WTA liquid that's strong enough for me. The only vendor I can find is whole cig but they only offer 50ml for $75 which is both too expensive and too much. I would also like to know where I can find flavoring and sweetener. Preferably a dessert flavor that won't have a bad taste. I already have VG since I want it to be 100% vg base.

The only other 2 that I know of is Aroma ejuice and mothers milk. I've only tried Aroma.
